Jr High Computing
In this class 7th and 8th grade students meet 3 days a week for this elective. The class will cover topics from saving files, to creating artifacts on the computer such as videos and graphics. Student will learn how to make a webpage as well as create computer games.
Computer Parts
Nut and bolts”+ “Much Fun”= Junior High Computing class. Students will work with specific software products and learn how to integrate them with their core subjects.
Video Editing and Cartooning
Students will take a look at how a computer works both inside and out, learn to produce a video and make a small cartoon.
Graphics, Webdesign, and GameMaker
In addition students will be able to create a webpage, work with photo editors and build a small video game. This is a fast paced class intending to introduce students into the world of computing.
